Delivery & Shipping
This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to online sales by Chas Cole Cellars Pty Limited ABN 38 005 228 400, trading as Bannockburn Vineyards (“Bannockburn”, “we”, “us” or “our”), of 92 Kelly Lane, Bannockburn, Victoria, 3331.
Liquor Licence
Bannockburn operates under Victorian Liquor Licence No. 32811122.
Age
It is an offence under Australian law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 years.
If we suspect or reasonably believe that a person placing an order is under 18 years of age, we may, at our discretion, cancel or refuse to fulfil the order.
By placing an order with Bannockburn, you warrant and confirm that:
You are aged 18 years or over and will, upon delivery if requested, provide satisfactory proof of age; and
Any person for whom you are purchasing, or to whom you are supplying the products, is aged 18 years or over.
Agreement
Upon receipt and acceptance of your order by Bannockburn, a binding agreement is formed between you and Bannockburn for the supply of the products.
We are not obliged to supply any products until your order has been accepted by us.
Product Availability
If a product ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to supply a suitable substitute, which will generally be the next available vintage of the same wine.
Delivery
Delivery within Australia is made via our preferred courier services, Anonymous Wine Freight or Aramex Couriers.
Deliveries may also be made to Australia Post office boxes or parcel collect addresses; however, additional charges may apply.
If the delivery address may be unattended, you must provide appropriate delivery instructions at the time of order.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on location.
International delivery may be arranged upon request via telephone or email and will be charged at commercial carrier rates.
Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
Title in the products passes to you upon full payment being received by Bannockburn.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If products are received in a faulty or incorrect condition, you must notify us promptly by telephone or email so that we may arrange return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Products will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange where faults arise due to improper storage, handling, or treatment after delivery.
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment Methods
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout on our website.
